With Love, From Paris

Sorry if I type things strangly, this is a french keyboard, ha ha. This is our last day in Paris and we have had lots of fun. We conquored all of the major places to see like the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and Notre Dame and only got lost a handful of times. We are now masters of the Metro system and know Paris like the back of our hand, ha ha. The only suprise we had was when we got to the train station to reserve seats for tomorrow, we found out reservations are 27 euro....per person. Ouch. But, thats what emergency fundsare for.

The food is great here in Paris. Baguettes and pasteries are abundant and we have made sure to sample as many as possible. We even found a little Turkish shop that serves the favorite dishes we have from there. Communicating is harder. Not many people seem able or willing to speak English, but we are making our way around just fine.

Tommorrow we head for Brussels, Belgium and then on to Luxembourg. We will keep you posted. Until then, enjoy the pictures!

  3. I'm jealous! I miss Paris. I was lucky and had a friend that was fluent in French so I never had to talk to anyone. I can imagine that part was frustrating. Hope the language barrier isn't as bad in Luxembourg!
